How to Use
Before brushing, Pour a small amount into cap, swish in your mouth, and spit out (this helps loosen plaque). After brushing and flossing, use mouthwash again, swish in your mouth for about 1 minute, and spit out.
Store in a cool, dry environment.

The mouthwashes work very well for my oral health.
I’m allergic to peppermint so this tasty mouthwash has been a lifesaver.
The flavor is NOT cinnamon! The flavor is nothing like your cinnamon toothpaste- which was GREAT! I hate to see it be discontinued. There are very few toothpastes that I can use due to allergies. I REALLY liked your toothpaste and that’s the only reason that I chanced a purchase of your mouth wash. It is REALLY terrible!
